Dear [Athlete's Name],

Exciting News from Athletica!
We're thrilled to bring you two major updates that are set to revolutionize your training experience.

1. Meet Your New AI Coach
We're proud to introduce the AI Coach Summary, a groundbreaking feature designed to provide personalized, coach-like feedback after each workout. Think of it as your virtual mentor, offering constructive and educational insights to help you grasp the big picture of your training. You can find it on any swim, bike or run workout under Details & Analysis.

What's New with AI Coach?

  • Personalized Feedback: Post-workout debriefs that go beyond numbers, offering a holistic view of your performance.
  • Interactive Learning: Be sure to input your RPE, feelings, and comments, and the AI Coach responds with tailored advice. Add any questions in the comment box and AI Coach will answer.
  • Evolving Intelligence: The AI Coach feature will continue to be improved, providing increasingly relevant and useful feedback. If you would rather not see this feedback you can disable it under Settings/Profile/Plan Settings.

2. Historical Data Import Now Available
Enhance your Athletica experience by uploading your full training history! This feature lets you maintain a comprehensive record of your athletic journey on our platform. Users connecting their Garmin accounts will now automatically have up to 2 years available. All users can manually import more historical data.

How to Import Your Data:

  • Navigate to "Import Data" in the profile menu.
  • Upload a ZIP file containing multiple FIT files downloaded from other platforms like TrainingPeaks.

Your Feedback Drives Our Innovation
As always, your insights and experiences are vital to us. As you explore these new features, we'd love to hear your thoughts. Your feedback will be instrumental in refining AI Coach and other Athletica functionalities. As always, you can provide feedback via email at hello@athletica.ai or on our Athletica Forum. You can also provide feedback via a short AI Coach survey.

It struck a chord with me because, at Athletica, our roots in science demand that we not only leverage data but also openly share our methodologies—our "working,"...

Hello Reader, As co-founder of Athletica.ai and someone who has dedicated a significant portion of my career to understanding and enhancing human performance, I’ve had the privilege of exploring the frontiers of athletic training. Today, I want to share a part of this journey that has fundamentally shaped our approach at Athletica.ai: the integration of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and prolonged endurance training to unlock peak performance. Rewind to 2010, when I penned an invited...
